1. How long in advance do I need to place my order?

The earlier the better! To order our kuihs at least 2 days in advance.

2. Is there any minimum order?

Our kuihs are sold in blocks of 5 pieces per type. We would highly encourage a minimum order of RM50 to make pick up/ delivery worthwhile!

3. How long can the kuihs be kept for?

Given the nature of certain ingredients, kuihs are best consumed within the day of delivery/ pick up. We do not recommend keeping the kuihs overnight and beyond.

4. Do I need to store my kuihs in the fridge?

Since it is going to be consumed within the same day, cool air conditioned temperature is best.

5. Can I opt for pick up instead of delivery?

Yes! You can opt for pick up from our premise in Section 6, Petaling Jaya. Please note that the pick-up window is between 8.00am to 10.00am daily.

6. When is the estimated delivery time?

The scheduled delivery time is between 8.00am to 3.00pm. If you have any specific requirement on timing, please specify in the ordering form. We will try our utmost best to meet your requirement!

7. What happens if recipient is not at home at point of delivery?

Given (6) above, please make sure the recipient is expecting us on the scheduled delivery window on specified date. We will not be able to wait for more than 15 minutes at the recipient’s address. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fees of minimum RM15 will be applicable and will be subject to the distance of the re-delivery. This will also be subject to the availability and schedule of our runners.

8. Are your kuihs halal?

Yes, most of our kuihs are halal certified since 2003 while all our kuihs are muslim-friendly. 9. I am craving for kuihs. Where is your location as I would like to come over, pick up some kuihs now?

Sorry! We only cater to pre-orders and strictly no walk-in. Hence, do place your order on our website 2 days in advance.

10. How can I make payment? 

You can make payment through credit card / bank transfer – just follow through the steps on our website.

11. I am looking for gift sets. How do I go about doing it?
