Logistic cum Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery with drivers.
  • Manage and organise routing in response to demand of customers.
  • In charge of recruiting and training of drivers.
  • In charge of keeping track of drivers’ KPI and claims.
  • In charge of all affairs of logistics team.
  • Attend to customer service and enquiries through phone, online chat and/or email.
  • Prepare daily production report on a timely basis. 
  • To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager from time to time.

 Requirements:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiar with routes around Klang Valley.
  • Attributes required: 
    • Strong organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent conversational skills.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Self-starter and independent.

Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle office administration and maintenance administration.
  • Prepare daily production report and invoices.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Attend to customer service and enquiries.
  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery with driver.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Accounting System, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday + Saturday half day.
  • Attributes required: 
    • Strong organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Self-starter and independent.

Delivery Driver

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure goods are delivered in good condition and on a timely basis. 
  • Perform checking and matching of goods against invoices prior to loading.
  • Support filing of complete sets of invoices and proof of delivery.
  • Check and maintain vehicle in good condition.
  • Flexible on delivery assignments.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with routes around Klang Valley.
  • Familiar with GPS device/ Google Maps/ Waze Apps.
  • Working hour: Daily from 5am to 11am.
  • Attributes required: 
    • Punctuality.
    • Hardworking & self-discipline.
    • Good attitude & responsible.
    • Ability to speak basic English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an advantage. 
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure.

QA & Halal Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • To implement, maintain, manage, update and record documents for Halal, HACCP & MesTi requirements.
  • Handle application and renewal as well as government related matters.
  • To establish new and revise current operational SOPs.
  • Update and record stock of raw materials.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance to standard.
  • Responsible for hygiene; manage, record, update pest control system.
  • Manage and train food handlers to comply to the Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • Control quality of food products.
  • Liaise with government’s authorities when required.
  • To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Food Science/Food Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field only.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for solving creative challenges.
  • Excellent team working and strong leadership.

Social Media Specialist

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
  • Create and deliver content across social media different platforms.
  • Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output.
  • Undertake audience research.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns that promote organisation and brand.
  • To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms (company / personal).
  • Understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in branding.
  • Good artistic sense.
  • Good photography, videography and editing skills for social media use.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for solving creative challenges.
  • Excellent team working and strong leadership.
  • Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics.
  • Online community management and customer service skills.
